University of Health Sciences Antigua Partners with Crowne Clinicals to Further Enhance Student Experience
CHICAGO – The University of Health Sciences Antigua has partnered with Crowne Clinicals to provide its students with personalized, streamlined assistance in obtaining the best possible back-to-back clinical schedule with the goal of minimizing any rotation gaps.
“As your personal clinical concierge, we take a family-style approach to your experience where care is always given to the quality of clinical training, the delicate relationship between the student, physician, hospital, and medical school, and clinical clerkship logistics,” says Savi Rajpoot, Crowne Clinicals Clinical Operations Manager.
Beginning this semester, UHSA students will have assistance:
• Scheduling clerkships sequentially
• Collecting & submitting evaluations to your clinical department
• Confirming physician ACGME-accreditation status
• Providing open lines of communication with your medical school
“UHSA is committed to the success of its students,” says Dr. Deborah Akande, UHSA Chairman of the Board of Trustees. “Students will receive all-inclusive logistical support so they can focus on their education.”
Crowne Clinicals will help students obtain clerkships in family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, psychiatry, surgery, internal medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, primary care, urology, cardiology, emergency medicine and more. In addition, they will help customize schedules, provide assistance with housing needs and gather acceptance letters and visa approvals. Further, UHSA students will have access to residency resources including personal statement editing, interview skills and specific residency discussion panels.
