Dear UHSA Community,
The scheduled Saturday, June 6, 2020 commencement date for the University of Health Sciences Antigua is postponed until further notice due to health and safety concerns related to COVID-19. Graduates will be informed when a new time to celebrate the Class of 2020 is selected. This information will be shared as soon as we can. Students who have completed all graduation requirements will receive their mailed diploma once their record is approved.
We are aware that due to the incredibly hard work to reach this milestone, this decision is upsetting for our graduates and their families. Commencement is one of our favorite times of the year as well.
At the same time, we want commencement to be safe for our graduates, employees, and the families who plan to join us. The safety of our community is our highest priority, and given the rapid changes in the COVID-19 pandemic, we aim to be proactive in our communication before travel plans are made.
