Returning student?
If you were previously enrolled at UHSA and have been away for 12 consecutive weeks, you must submit a readmission application. Students who attended another medical school since leaving UHSA should apply as transfer students.

In addition to the online application, applicants must provide the documents outlined in the Entry Requirements to finalize their application.
Once all the necessary documents have been submitted, the admissions committee may schedule an online interview.
