The University of Health Sciences Antigua Establishes Clinical Affiliation Agreement with North London NHS Foundation Trust

St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda — The University of Health Sciences Antigua (UHSA) has signed an agreement with the North London NHS Foundation Trust that will allow UHSA medical students to complete psychiatry clinical rotations within the United Kingdom’s National Health Service (NHS).

Through this partnership, qualified UHSA clinical students will receive supervised clinical training within the Trust’s psychiatric services, working alongside experienced NHS physicians and multidisciplinary mental health teams.

The program provides UHSA students with valuable exposure to modern psychiatric care within one of the world’s leading public healthcare systems. These rotations support the university’s Doctor of Medicine (MD) curriculum while strengthening students’ clinical experience in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and patient care.

This affiliation expands UHSA’s international clinical training network and provides students with additional opportunities to gain experience within globally recognized healthcare systems.
